Atlanta’s own J.I.D. has reached a bigger platform and released new music for Russell Westbrook’s Jordan sneaker commercial that is titled “Westbrook.” The commercial has debuted the Jordan brand Why Not ZerO.2 performance by showing the designs and colors of the sneaker. Westbrook wanted to take it to the next level by telling a story by giving us a meaning with the colors he picked out.
J.I.D.’s sophomore album, DiCaprio 2, was released recently back in November and is heralded for the content throughout the entire project. After the release of his album, he has announced a Catch Me If You Can tour that represents the actor Leonardo DiCaprio, hence the album title. Hopefully, we will hear the full unreleased track which means new music soon from the kid?
