Abel Mosso, 20, was shot to death on a Queens subway platform by Ramiro Gutierrez, 26.
Mosso and Gutierrez are alleged rival MS-13 gang members and got into a scuffle on the crowded platform at 90th St. and Elmhurst Ave. in Jackson Heights around 12:45 p.m, with at least two other young men.
“I thought they were fighting for no reason, as drunken people. I just kept taking video, and all of a sudden one person pulled out a gun and started shooting,” that commuter, Bidur Bista, told the Daily News Sunday.
WARNING: The video below contains graphic details.
Mosso pulled out a gun and Gutierrez wrestled it out his hand then hit him six times in total from close range. Abel was hit in the head and died on the scene.
Gutierrez is currently in custody and the motive is unclear.
This story is still developing.
