R. Kelly To Be Arraigned In Racketeering Case In Brooklyn This Week

R. Kelly’s lawyer has hit back at the federal government’s claims that his client exposed women to venereal disease as part of his racketeering case.

Douglas C. Anton wrote in court papers that there was “zero evidence” to support the government’s allegations that Kelly had infected a witness known as “Jane Doe,” with herpes during sexual encounters.

Anton said that although the feds assert that they have Kelly’s medical records, he questioned the manner that they procured Kelly’s records and wondered if the government could prove that the woman and Kelly had the same strain of the virus or who first contracted it.

Jane Doe No. 5 “has had her civil case pending for some months and she has not been able to prove a scintilla of her allegations and has offered no evidence to support her claims that Robert gave her herpes,” Anton wrote to the judge.

The lawyer said Kelly as been a law-abiding citizen for all of his life, and like anyone, has had consensual sex with “various people throughout his life, possibly more than normal people because he is a rock star.” But that didn’t mean that he did anything wrong, Anton insisted in court papers that were obtained by BOSSIP.

Kelly’s lawyer’s allegations were made as part of court docs to persuade the judge to allow Kelly to be released on bail. Kelly is set to be arraigned on Friday, where he will enter a plea in the case.

Anton wants Kelly released on his own recognizance, arguing that he’s surrendered his passport and is so broke that he and his other lawyers are working for free.

The judge has not ruled on whether or not to grant Kelly bail.

50 Cent Reportedly Wins Another $4K in Teairra Mari Lawsuit

The 50 Cent and Teairra Mari saga continue.

A judge ordered the Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood star to pay Fif’ $30,000 at the top of the year, which 50 says she has yet to pay back in February. If you thought that was bad, the singer has been ordered to pay an additional $4,392.50 for not paying.

The Blast broke the news on Tuesday, and the Power star and producer took a screenshot of the article and re-posted it on social media to taunt her. “Stop f–king playing with me,😆IM NOT GONNA LOSE.”

One user commented, “He gone sue her for the cardboard box she livin in next 🤣.” To which he replied,

Mari reportedly asked the judge to deny the $4K sanction because of the mogul’s cyberbullying, but that clearly didn’t work out in her favor.

Teairra sued 50 Cent for allegedly being in co-hoots with her ex-boyfriend to release their sex tape on social media. She was represented by famed attorney, Lisa Bloom. But the case was dismissed and she was ordered to pay $30K to cover a portion of his legal fees. The Blast reports the total of the Queens native’s legal fees is $161,660.15.

The singer has tried to make light of the situation that she “ain’t got it.” But it’s passed Monday and Fofty is not playing with her.

Should he take it easy on her or is this a justified punishment for dragging him into her revenge porn lawsuit?

Video Surfaces of A$AP Rocky’s Bodyguard Choke Slamming Alleged Victim

TMZ posted a new video today that shows another perspective of what went down with A$AP Rocky in Sweden.

The video below was allegedly recorded before the alleged victim, Mustafa Jafari, threw a punch and his headphones at the rapper’s bodyguard. Meaning, it happened before the street brawl broke out.

Jafari claims self-defense for hitting the security guard and he managed to get let off with a slap on the wrist. However, the Harlem rapper’s bodyguard has not been charged despite the recording above.

A$AP Rocky and two members of his entourage have been sitting up in a Sweden prison cell for over two weeks for an assault charge, which he plead not guilty for. His trial began this week and he was charged with criminal assault. If convicted, he can face up to two years in prison.

There’s no telling if this new video will sway the verdict.

Flacko’s first hearing was on Tuesday at Stockholm District Court. The courtroom is heavily secured and closed off to the public. His mother, Renee Black, was in attendance as well as a presidential envoy sent by President Donald Trump himself.

He’s putting in overtime for that Black vote to continue his Russian assignments. #FreeFlacko
